Invoicing for initial fees is done in advance of project services. All pricing is valid based on the terms outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Are there additional fees associated with the project?
Additional Professional Services beyond the estimates provided may be purchased at the customer’s discretion. All Professional Services hours are billed at $200/hour.
How will expenses be handled in the project?
Customers are responsible for reimbursing LINQ for reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses. Expenses include travel, lodging, transportation, mileage, meals, and related expenses incurred during on-site visits. Expenses will be governed by LINQ’s expense policy and billed to the customer at actual cost.
What support will be available after the project goes live?
LINQ Forms & Workflows Implementation and Support Teams will be available for any questions and issues that may arise after the project has been implemented. Customers can reach out for ongoing assistance and support.
